"I often just train to shut my brain up, or because I "feel fat" or some other crap. I get really aggy when I can't exercise or when I feel like I've eaten too much.
I often post cycling pictures that are full of "empowering" phrases and hash tags, but actually they're just a front for the fact that I feel inadequate, lazy and fat.
I use these pictures as a way to try and prove to myself and the world that I am doing something active and cool, even when sometimes I'm only doing it as a result of my mental health issues..."
