“This picture was taken about 45 minutes after I was diagnosed with postnatal depression and was referred to a help team for depression and suicide. My daughter is 3 and my precious rainbow baby is nearly 4 months old and I finally found the strength to find some help. I am currently on medication and it’s going to get worst before it gets better, I struggle to open about this as was always worried I would look like a failing mother, but my babies are safe, loved and happy always. No shame in needing a little help...” @beautifullittlefool_
